主讲人简介:
HYUN JEONG KIM(简称“Jenny Kim”), 女,博士,韩国人。Jenny Kim是华盛顿州立大学酒店管理学院的教授,同时也是华盛顿州立大学酒店管理学院的博士项目协调员。
她的研究兴趣包括服务营销、服务管理和人力资源,特别是服务质量、员工的服务导向、职业倦怠/工作投入和员工情感等。她是相关领域国际会议上的演讲常客(和主旨演讲者)和专家组成员。
她获得了学院院长优秀研究员奖和IChrie会议最佳论文奖,迄今发表SSCI论文30余篇,被评为酒店与旅游A类期刊最多产的顶级研究人员之一(酒店与旅游研究杂志,2011年;烹饪科学与技术杂志,2012年)。她有在多个期刊编辑委员会任职经历,曾任《酒店营销与管理杂志》副主编,现任《酒店与旅游教育杂志》联合主编。
iographical information for Dr. Jenny Kim
Jenny Kim is a Professor in the School of Hospitality Business Management at Washington State University. She is also the PhD program coordinator in the School of Hospitality Business Management, Washington State University.
Her research interest includes service marketing and management and HR, specifically service quality, employees’ service orientation, job burnout/ job engagement and emotional labor etc. She is a frequent guest speaker (and keynote speaker) and panelist at international conferences.
She is the recipient of College Dean’s Excellence Fellow Award, and ICHRIE conference best paper award, and cited as one of the most prolific top-tier researchers (Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research, 2011 and Journal of Culinary Science & Technology, 2012). She serves on multiple journal editorial boards; she is the former associate editor of Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management; and currently the co-editor of Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Education.
