张强:研究员,硕士研究生导师。1998~2002年本科就读于西北大学,获学士学位;2004~2010年研究生就读于中国科学院植物研究所,获植物学博士学位。2010年以来就职于广西壮族自治区中国科学院广西植物研究所,2012年晋升为副研究员,2017年晋升为研究员。 一、主要研究方向和内容:运用分子系统学、基因组学和生物信息学等多学科理论和方法,研究植物(包括园林花卉类群如苦苣苔科、金粟兰科等)多样性的起源、演化及分子进化,评价有益性状并挖掘调控性状形成的功能基因。 二、已主持项目:已主持国家自然科学基金“早期被子植物金粟兰科的分化模式和机理研究”、“广西石灰岩洞穴植物群落系统发育模式和机理研究”;广西自然科学基金项目“基于 DNA 条码对广西石灰岩唇柱苣苔属及其近缘属植物的多样性和亲缘关系研究”、“近期快速分化类群的物种树重建——以报春苣苔属植物为例”等项目共十余项。 三、已发表论著:已发表论文著作近30篇(*标注为通讯作者): Guo J, Meng T, Pang H, Zhang* Q (2016) Petrocodon retroflexus sp. nov.
